Because of this, Scentsy is introducing a plastic Grab Tab that you put into the wax basin to assist you in removing the hardened wax. The cost of these Grab Tabs is minimal--$3 for a 25 pack. These Grab Tabs will be available March 1, 2011.
However, I have found a less expensive option (not that $3 is a lot) that is just as effective. All you need is dental floss, which if you keep a plug-in in your bathroom the floss should already be handy.
How to Use Dental Floss

to Remove Scent-Depleted Wax From Your Plug-in
1. Melt the wax in your warmer
2. Take a piece of floss about 5-6 inches long and wrap it around your finger in order to form a coiled piece
3. Place the coiled piece of floss into the melted wax, leaving a small section of the floss extending out of the wax
4. Turn the plug-in off and let the wax harden
5. When the wax has completed hardened, pull the floss that is extended out of the wax until the wax disc pops out
